Making the switch to 9.0? I recommend that you first back-up any custom "Galleries" First. If by some reason your custom "Galleries" do not carryover to the upgrade, simply double click the back-up file and it will be placed automatically into the new "My Content" section of SMART Notebook. | |

At this meeting the New Bees explored the new features of SMART Notebook. They took turns working at the SMART Board. They used the different shape features hat SMART Notebook offers. | |

At this meeting we discussed in detail how to create and save a Gallery. it was shown how to use the different shape features of SMART Notebook to create different games and activities tat we can play in math. Advanced questions were answered. | |

Here, we talked about different games in math. Yahtzee was discussed and I showed my new game Geometry Yahtzee. The game board for this is coming soon. 24 Game was discussed as a continue of the Advanced session. Ideas were expressed on working from home and school at the same time with different operating systems and different versions of SMART Notebook. | |

The SMART BUGS had their last meeting April 21,
2005. Do not worry, more galleries, floor plans, websites, etc will
continue to be updated.
We will be coming back in September of 2005. Stay tuned for details. |

Meanwhile, you may be wanting to continue to hone your skills on the SMART Board. This Summer, there will be two workshops sponsored by the Math Science Partnership Grant (MSP) in conjunction with the Stark County Educational Survive Center. | |

Workshop 2: SMART Boards - Advanced Users: August 3, 2005 - August 4, 2005: 8:30-3:30: at Alliance High School. | |

Learners should feel free to attend both sessions. | |
Advanced User session, learners should come with as many lesson that they have done on the SMART Board as possible. We will be sharing these lessons Flash Drive to Flash Drive. | |
